The Children’s Museum of St. Croix is excited to invite food and drink vendors to participate in our National Ice Cream Day Celebration on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

Vendor spaces are available for $50 per tent space.

​

Each vendor is responsible for providing their own 10 x 10 tent, along with all tables, chairs, supplies, signage, setup materials, and cleanup items needed for their space.

All food and drink vendors must comply with local health, safety, and licensing requirements. A copy of your current health permit must be uploaded with your vendor application form in order to be considered and confirmed for the event.

Payment must be received to secure your vendor space. Please note that vendor spaces are limited and will be confirmed once payment and the required health permit have been received.

By participating in this event, vendors agree to the following:

• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, supplies, and cleanup.
• The Children’s Museum of St. Croix is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Vendors must comply with all local health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• The Children’s Museum reserves the right to decline vendors whose products or services are not aligned with the family-friendly nature of the event.
• Setup must be completed before the event begins.
• Vendors agree to remain open during event hours unless otherwise approved.
